The elevator was too slow for service to the 22nd floor.
Sheraton at Times Square is fenomenal, can't beat the location. In the middle of everything, restaurants, theaters, Central Park. Got complementary vouchers for bottle water, the lady at reception was super friendly, she even told us about places where to take our nephew for sightseeing. She gave us a great room on the 40th floor with a view to die for towards the north to billioner's row. Really enjoyed our stay at Sharaton on 7th Ave, especially because you can walk everywhere and at whatever time, we always felt save around the area.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jose Favian for the exceptional care, hospitality, attention, and sense of security he consistently provides during our visits to the Sheraton Hotel. From the moment we first met, he has been incredibly welcoming, introducing himself and offering valuable advice about the hotel's amenities and safety precautions. Jose has always recognized us upon our return, and we deeply appreciate his concern. On one occasion, when we were delayed, he remained dedicated to his duties until we arrived late in the morning. I am personally thankful for his unwavering commitment to our safety and well-being. We are immensely grateful to him and the entire staff at the Sheraton, which will always remain our preferred destination.

Older Hotel. Front desk, Housekeeper and banquet associates are eager to serve. Maintenance is not so competent.

The stay has been wonderful! Elevators are always tricky with a lot of people, be tricky. Take advantage of the free water offer.
The hotel is located just right between Times Square and Central Park. Standard rooms are tiny, but this is Manhattan. We stayed in this hotel 2 times. Dogs are allowed. We satisfied with their quality of service overall. There is a bar on the first floor where you can buy Starbucks coffee in the morning. A good place to stay.
